Isikhwama Manufacturing: Training & Development Intern

 

Duration of the internship: 12 months.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Assist with Training Program Development
  • Data Entry & Analysis
  • Administrative Support
  • Research & Development
  • Offer Technology Support
  • Contribute to special projects
  • Complete other tasks related to the job description.

 

NB: Only candidates who reside in Cape Town will be considered.


Requirements:

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • A Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work  independently
  • Initiative & Eager to learn
  • Good research skills
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
