Posititon Title: Trainee Manager
This management role will see you:
- Planning and organising the medium and long-term activities of the branch,
- monitoring stock,
- ensuring that set targets are achieved,
- managing staff,
- identifying and solving problems relating to customers, staff and equipment
- taking full responisibility for branch success from a profit-loss perspective,
- completing the in-house training program
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent (with Maths and English as a subject)
Desirable / Advantageous:
- Retail-related tertiary qualification
- FMCG experience within a retail outlet
Skills and Competencies:
- Product knowledge
- Branch systems knowledge
- Stock management
- Branch reports
