We are offering YES learner placements in our Group Shared Services delivery unit. This is a chance to contribute to impactful projects and grow within a dynamic engineering environment. YES Programme (Business Admin / Project / IT / Finance / Supply Chain)

National Diploma or Degree in:

• Business Admin
• Finance
• Supply Chain Management
• Project
• IT

YES Programme - Civil Engineering

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, Science and English
• BTech/ BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering

YES Programme - Mechanical Engineering

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, Science and English
• BTech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering

YES Programme - Electrical Engineering

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, Science and English
• Btech/BEng in Electrical Engineering

YES Programme - Admin

• National Diploma or Degree in Administration
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Selection Criteria:

• You are a South African Citizen (must be born in South Africa)
• You are aged between 18 to 35
• You are unemployed and available to be employed on a 12 month Fixed Term contract
• You are not a previous YES beneficiary
• Must be Computer Literate
• You have the aspiration to learn new skills related to your relevant field
• You are a responsible and honest person
