Flyfofa: Remote Pilot Training Programme (Drone Pilot)

The programme covers everything you need to know to become a certified drone pilot. We'll teach you about drone regulations, safe flying practices and how drones operate. The programme will include all theoretical, practical's, internal and external SACAA exams as per the SACAA regulations for one to finally obtain their Remote Pilot Certificate.

Get hands-on experience: You'll practice flying drones in a safe environment with our experienced instructors. Once you complete the training, it will be your time to demonstrate your knowledge and drone flying skills to a qualified examiner to
earn your certificate.

Duration: 3 months - full time training program (including accommodation and monthly stipend)

Requirements:

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Minimum age of 18 years to 23 years of Age.
• Must be residing in Gauteng Province
• Must Have Matriculated in Gauteng Province at a Quintile 1-3 School only.
• Must have obtained Level 5 in English
• Must Have Obtained Level 4 in Mathematics or Level 5 in Mathematics Literacy
• Must be willing to undergo an Aviation Medical Examination
• Good communication, judgment and decision-making skills
• Candidates must have the ability to multitask and have great hand to eye co-ordination.
• Candidates must be Technically & Safety orientated and culturally sensitive.
