Proudly South African invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for an internship within the eCommerce department for 12 months. Training, where applicable, may be provided.

Reference No: INT – 2024

Stopend: R6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Online Store Management.
• Customer and Member Company Service and Support.
• Liaising with Service Providers and other Stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Website Optimization and User Experience (UX) Improvement
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration.
• Support in Digital Marketing Efforts.
• Support in Content Creation and Management.
• Ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

• N6 Certificate in: Marketing Management

Advantageous:

• A certificate in: IT / eCommerce / Digital Marketing will be advantageous.
• Adobe Photoshop/Photography course/skills will be advantageous

Skills and Competencies:

• WordPress and WooCommerce experience will be advantageous.
• Ability to operate a Lightbox, Digital Camera, capture and edit product images.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, marketing emails, and search engine optimization will be advantageous.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills to adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally.
• Good facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good time-management skills.
