The purpose of the Switchboard Operator is to answer all incoming calls and direct it to the correct person in the company or alternatively take a message.
Directing incoming calls
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the relevant person.
- Take detailed messages if required for individuals who are not available to accept phone calls.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent
- 1-2 years Reception experience
